We treat decaf with the same care as every coffee we source — this one comes from a group of smallholder farmers around La Plata, in Colombia’s Huila region. Grown under shade trees and picked by hand, it’s been decaffeinated locally using the sugarcane process (eco-friendly, super clean, and preserves all that flavour).
