• In Peru, farmers from a small collective in Rodríguez de Mendoza grow their beans high up in the mountains, using organic methods and old-school techniques passed down through generations. These cherries are handpicked, washed, and dried the traditional way, giving the coffee its clean, smooth sweetness.
• Meanwhile in Brazil, for the Chapada Diantina community it's all about balance — between nature and tech, flavour and consistency. Their beans are dried on open patios, infused with the love and sparkle of a samba inspired sun. The result? A deeper, richer coffee with mellow chocolate and roasted nut notes.
